UX Designers

Location: Jersey City NJ 

Duration: 12-24 months 

Rate: $55/hr - $58/hr on C2C

Job Description:

·        Collaborate with stakeholders, engineering product managers, enterprise architects, software engineers, and other experienced designers to understand the goals and requirements necessary to meet business objectives.

·        Establish and communicate design vision, principles and ideas via concept sketches, storyboards, lo/hi fidelity wireframes and prototypes.

·        Drive the product experience vision: from proof-of-concepts to live, tangible products in partnership with multidisciplinary teams.

·        Serve as part of the leadership team steering end-to-end digital transformation projects.

·        Identify insights from customer research and bring them to life through personas, customer journeys, insight-opportunity, frameworks, system maps, workflows, and use-case scenarios.

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED:

·        5-8 years of experience

·        Financial experience

·        Experience with a wide range of wireframing, visual design, and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma,Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, Axure, et al.) Ability to work on experience flows as well as concepts for visual designs.

·        Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently.

·        A solid UX design process focused on outcomes.

·        Experience with user research, user-centered design techniques, design systems, visual design principles, and interaction design concepts.

·        Experience designing software within an Agile SDLC.

·        Experience in UX design standard methodologies to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.

·        Ability to collaborate and communicate closely with teams and other partners in a distributed model.

·        Strong intuition and a natural ability to empathize with different people.

·        Outstanding communication skills with the ability to persuade others of your good ideas.
