• Support for current ALM product from MicroFocus including troubleshooting, answering questions, working with the vendor to resolve issues, performing upgrades,


• Work with Discover to assess and make recommendations about DFS's future direction for Test Case Management


• Pilot Test Case Management alternatives including JIRA with a Test Case management plugin


• Work with DFS to decide on future direction for the platform


• Develop plans for the migration to the new platform


• Support user provisioning and access management for test management tool and cross browser testing tool


• Manage projects as needed in test mgmt tool


• Support user requests in test mgmt tool


• Maintain and update documentation based on discover standards


• Coordinate server maintenance.
