Job Description:

 Exp. in testing for Operations, back office initiatives covering Payments, reconciliations, wires, ACH, decedent, bankruptcy, taxes etc (one or more areas)
• 5+ years of experience in leading test teams in Agile & Waterfall projects
• 10+ years of hands-on Quality Assurance/Testing experience
• Responsible to manage day to day activities for MVP, MMP and Operational Readiness
• Banking Domain knowledge and experience retail and deposits area
• Develop workstream plans, managing resources, milestones, change management, execution progress, defect management
• Readiness lead responsible to develop the pre and post go live plans along with Hypercare

• Partner with BAT Product owners and SIT leads
