Job Description:

• We are looking for an experienced technical writer who is a leader with a positive attitude and willingness to deliver in a fast-moving environment.


• Candidate will work with Cloud Infrastructure technical teams and other technical writers to produce system, design, administration, process and procedure documentation.


• He/she must have the ability to work independently, provide guidelines to junior level team members, while maintaining strong sense of responsibility and commitment to teamwork.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Gain understanding of documentation requirements through collaboration with offering managers, development teams, operations teams, and Devops administrators


• Synthesize information from various resources, draw upon professional concepts to collaborate with others, and provide comprehensive and coherent content


• Design and develop documentation elements for information systems, servers, applications, user interface, web, APIs
