Title: Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engineer - REMOTE
Client: Principal Financial Group
Location: Raleigh, North Carolina
Duration: 12 months
Duration: 12 months
Preference is contract-to-hire (130 – 145k conversion) but will consider candidates who are contract only. They will accept H1b’s, and the rate is 75/hr c2c. 12 months and then convert or possible extension for contract only consultants.

- Independently conducts analysis and development, requirements, coding, automated testing, debugging, designing, documentation, quality assurance review, implementation, and maintenance.
- Understand and make well-reasoned design decisions and trade-offs.
- Demonstrate independence working in more than one software development layer of the solution.
- Participate in technical design of features.
- Some travel may be required, including overnight stays.
- May be required to provide on-call support.

Is this a good fit? (Requirements):
- Associate or bachelor’s degree Computer Science, Technology, Engineering or Math-related field.
- 6+ years of work experience.
- Proven experience as an IT professional.
- Excellent planning, organizational, problem-solving, analytical, decision-making and communication skills.
- Proficiency with database applications, knowledge of mainframe, distributed and/or web programming language.
- Basic leadership and presentation skills.
- Able to maintain a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Desire to learn new technology and continuously grow.
- Ability to work on cross-functional teams and collaborate with both IT and Non-IT partners.
Even better if you have:
- Ability to obtain certification(s) in an IT related field.
- Basic knowledge of insurance and financial services products.
- Excellent time management skills.
