Job Description:

• CMDB POC supporting ad hoc sessions for guidance, questions, creating KB articles and bringing back enhancements/bugs as epics/stories.


• With minimal guidance, Support Integration partners with configuration, testing coordination and making sure the integrations stay put when changes occur.a.


• Client/AI – Create end to end workflow to find potential owners on unknown CIs and create feedback to Client/AI to improve algorithm based on user approval/rejection.b. Support Integrations, validation, assist in CI matching issues.


• Create new Database onboarding/decom process and cleaning service accounts related to those getting retired.d.


• Data Normalization – Operating Systemse. Enabling Change Management to use Impact Analysis
