Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Developer to lead our team in developing cutting-edge software solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex software systems that meet our clients' needs.   • Lead the design and development of software solutions, ensuring high quality and scalability.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.

  • Mentor junior developers, providing guidance and support throughout the development process.

  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

  • Drive innovation and adoption of best practices within the development team.

  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, and incorporate them into our development processes.

  • Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to prioritize and deliver features.

  • Participate in architectural design discussions and make recommendations for improvements.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance development processes and practices.

Required Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in software development.

  • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript.

  • Extensive experience with software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.

  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to mentor junior team members.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.

  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

  • Knowledge of cloud technologies and microservices architecture is a plus.

Must be willing to travel/relocate to unanticipated locations throughout the US on short notice for extended periods.
