pertaining to the Telecommunications systems and infrastructure:

Cisco Unified Computing Systems (UCS) servers (5)

Cisco Unified Communications Managers (5 node cluster)

Cisco Unity

Cisco Emergency Responder (1)

Cisco Analog Voice Gateways (81),

Cisco Voice Routers (11)

Third-Party systems (e.g., Variphy)

Webex

Assist Applications Team with upgrade and migration, as needed for projects, such as the Hyflex Pilot), and network

infrastructure.
