Required Skills:

Candidate should have healthcare background

• Certified scrum master with at least 7 years of experience in managing and delivering projects using Scrum


• Agile Certification is a Plus.


• Need to have Safe Certified 


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Should have extensive experience in working in multi-cultural and multi-geographical teams


• Should be able to mentor and scale up the team that doesn’t have exposure to Agile methodology


• Strong IT project management background.
