Job Description 

• Technical Lead is responsible for seamless execution of the development plan by providing optimal and innovative solutions, developing high-quality code and guiding a team of developer or Sr. developer.


• Should be able to handle Sprint planning & estimations with Project Manager.


• A Technical Lead is expected to possess expert-level knowledge of CRM platforms, business functions, and essentials of systems integration.


• Determine all hidden use cases


• Sharing impact analysis results with stakeholders

The must-haves:

• Overall, 8 years of experience in Software Development


• Required Minimum 6 years’ experience with SFDC lightning development experience.


• Good Experience in APEX, Integration


• Understanding business functional needs of the project and correlating it on individual task levels


• Should be able to provide high level effort estimate and Sprint estimation.


• Evaluate whether stated requirements (or a part) can be achieved via configuration before opting for coding.


• Develop high-quality scalable code by Following Salesforce.com and Silverline-CRM standards best practices


• Strong experience in Lightning Framework (LWC must) development.


• Must have experience in Salesforce Community Portal Development.


• Actively contribute to technical presentations, knowledge sharing, training initiatives, building POCs, regular salesforce release notes discussions, and help in skill development of peer devssr. Devs


• Strong experience in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model & design patterns.


• Leverage recommended frameworks (ex. Test framework or Trigger framework) and come up with the most optimal design patterns architecture


• Experience on Salesforce lightning design systems (Slds).


• Proficiency in CSS, HTML and other front-end languages.


• Apex Programming, Process Automation Tools, REST APIs, Data Loader


• Reports and Dashboards


• Visualforce Pages


• Deployment build using Flow sum Jenkins Copado etc


• Framing workarounds for any identified blockers, challenges or risks

The good to have:

• Experience in using salesforce lightning toolkits.


• Experience in performing diligent functional code reviews


• Knowledge on scripting languages like query, AngularJS or react.
