Job Description:

Desired Candidate Profile

·        Must have minimum 10 years of experience.

·        Ability to think on your feet and learn new things quickly

·        Appetite for ongoing knowledge in the Salesforce space and other relevant technologies

·        Adaptable to project needs and shifts in priority and or approach

·        Able to be consultative to nontechnical and or senior leadership # capable of creating business and technical communication that is professional, thought ful, and effective - both in written form and presentations, verbal interactions

·        Flexibility to travel to client locations when needed

Technical Expertise

·        Proficiency in and able to expertly create the following technical artifacts (for current and future states): Data Model ERD, System Landscape, Database design, Integration Orchestration Design Process Flows, Object-oriented patterns, Sequence Diagrams, etc.

·        Demonstrate proficiency in two or more object-oriented programming languag e (Apex, Java, .Net)

·        Strong understanding of architectural design patterns, SOA, SOC, etc. Understanding of Web 2.0, cloud architecture, client-server architecture, mobile solutions, and architecture

·        Understanding of data migration consideration s, design tradeoffs and common ETL tools

·        Ability to generate and maintain technical documentation that covers functional use cases and the technical implementation to support the use cases

·        Strong understanding and experience working in Agile Scrum teams

·        Strong understanding of Salesforce technology platforms

·        Pursues continued acquisition of technical knowledge, and keeps current on changes in the industry

Preferable Technical Experience:

Desired Certifications: Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administration, App Builder, Platform Developer I & II, Sales Cloud & Service Cloud
