Job Title: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Functional Consultant

Location: Boston, Hybrid role - Consultant is required to work from office 2 days a week

Duration: 6 Months

End Client: Harvard Business review

Accepted Work Authorizations: US Citizen, Green Card, H4 EAD, TN Visa

Rate to candidate: $80/hr on C2C OR $72/hr on W2 without benefits

Job Description:

·        Exp 10-12 Years

·        Certified SFMC Email specialist, SFMC Admin or SFMC Consultant is a MUST

·        Experience in requirement gathering in Email studio, journey builder, automation studio, contact builder and data architecture

·        Ability to own and manage business & system requirements for projects and adept in process mapping, user stories, UML diagrams, interface documentation and traceability matrix and process change management

·        Understanding of end-to-end implementation across salesforce Marketing Technology

·        Experienced in Agile process and managing sprints

·        Demonstrated experience working with multiple Clients (India and global) and in complex, multi-location projects with multiple stakeholders

·        Experienced in Salesforce CRM would be added advantage

·        Experienced in other salesforce platforms would be added advantage

·        Master’s in business administration will be preferred

·        Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and visual)

·        Consulting/Professional Services experience preferred
