·        Good verbal communication skills with the ability to present technical details to a non-technical audienceas well as deliver clear andconcisewritten documentation.

·        Strongdesireforexploring,evaluatingandunderstandingnewtechnologies.

·        Anaptitudeforproblemsolving,withtheabilitytotakealogicalroutetothesourceofanerror

·        Workwithdevelopersandapplicationownerstoimplementthechange.

·        Supportgo-liverollout,handoverproceduresandchangecontroldocuments.

·        Self-starter,abilitytoproactivelypushforclaritywhereambiguityresides,suchasproactivelyworkingwithteams.

Requirements:

·        5+yearsofdevelopmentandimplementationexperience.

·        3+yearsofHands-ondevelopment/architectureexperienceinBluePrism.

·        ExperiencewithtoolslikeJIRA,Confluence.

·        Experienceinprocessdocumentationandanalysis,PDDorSDDs,includingspecificationofasystemrequirements for business processes.

·        Ideallywithbanking/financialservicesexperience
