Job Title: Release Train Engineer

Location: 100% Remote

Required Skills:

(1) Coach and guide the portfolio stakeholders on Epic requirements and key intake processes.
(2) Apply industry and process best practices to solve real world issues
(3) Facilitate PI planning readiness which would include stakeholder alignment to our top priorities as an organization via Epic syncs, backlog reviews, and pre and post PI planning meetings.
(4) Facilitate the PI planning event itself
(5) Coach leaders, teams, Scrum Masters, in Agile, Lean, and SAFe practices and mindsets.
(6) Work with Product and Solution management, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to ensure strategy and execution alignment.
(7) Help manage risk and dependencies and track and escalate those risks
(8) Understand and operate with in appropriate Portfolio budgets.

For this role, you should be an experienced RTE with excellent project and program management background.   You should have strong experience in Agile practices and SAFe specifically.   We would expect you to have some certifications in your field such as CSM, SA, SPC or RTE certifications.  Again, this role is 100% remote so you can work from home (even after Covid ends) and we would prefer that you work from the EST or CST time zones.
