Project manager - Payroll
Title: Project Manager
Duration: 12+ Months Contract
Client : IBM
Location: Remote (India)
Must be in India. Remote from India is OK.
- Manage the plan for a payroll system implementation - Monitor and evaluate the overall project including identifying issues, risks and proposing solutions - Track and report on project progress including preparing presentations and regular status reports - Serve as the main source of information about the project to the stakeholders and external teams - Analyze, document/validate and finalize documentation requirements of the project throughout its lifecycle - Communicate key project deliverables and changes including requirements, quality assurance plans, schedule, and scope changes - Provide direction and support to the project team. Ensure that all members understand and are on board with the project, including the delegated tasks. - Ensure project team explore opportunities for improvements and establish streamlined End-to-End processes where applicable - Serve as the liaison for the project’s technical and functional teams

- Minimum 4+ years of experience in managing a large-scale project, preferably in the Payroll field - Experience working with people in geographically dispersed teams - Results driven individual with strong understanding of project management and excellent leadership skills - Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work with stakeholders, vendors, managers and global partners - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills - Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities in a timely and organized manner
