PM/Program Coordinator
Need someone hungry to do some grunt work but can see the benefit of being part of the team and getting this experience etc.,
We need a super star PM/Program Coordinator who can be more proactive, go after with the delivery teams, follow the process from the Program Managers.
Position: PM/Program Coordinator
Purpose: Hire a PM to assist with QTC and future enterprise programs or projects
Location: NY or DC preferred but remote is also fine on east coast
Responsibilities:
· Run and lead internal team meetings (Standups, Program team meetings) and contribute to meetings with Executives.
· Plan, schedule and ensure execution of project tasks, milestones, and deliverables related to the Enterprise system projects
· Create and maintain project management artifacts including (but not limited to): communication plans, risk logs, decision logs, escalation procedures, project schedules, scope statements.
· Identify blockers and risks early, working to resolve or escalate when appropriate
· Regularly communicate progress to stakeholders and Enterprise leadership team and work closely with the Enterprise VP on large programs
· Write clear and concise program health update emails to large audience and coordinate update with workstream leads
· Proactively identify operational improvements, enhancements, and system customizations that can help efficiency of the operations team
Skills & Experience:
· 2+ years of Project Management experience including: analysis, project management, process management, program management, people management, vendor management, and client management
· Experience managing large scale programs that span Engineering and Business teams
· Experience managing either Salesforce implementation and/or ERP implementation/billing systems
· Jira experience is a plus
· Smartsheet experience is a plus
