Job Description:

·        Cisco CCIE certifications

·        Configuring Cisco equipment in a production and non-production environment, specifically switches (3700's, 3800's, N7K's, etc.)

·        Troubleshooting network LAN issues between various VLAN segments

·        Firewall/security experience

·        Configuring and troubleshooting Cisco firewalls (ASA's) including NAT and PAT statements

·        Work with vendors in troubleshooting remote locations for LAN/WAN issues

·        Provide on call escalation as required

·        Should possess CCNP

·        Exposure to an ACI environment is preferred but working knowledge of Cisco ACI is acceptable

·        Update and maintain current and accurate documentation

·        Must be able to follow and abide by change management processes

·        Resolve tickets (both incident and requests) through ServiceNow with accurate and understandable resolutions/comments

·        Excellent communication with users and management
