Netsuite Business Analyst

100% Remote

Corp to Corp Rate: $70/hr to $75/hr

W2 Rate: $63/hr - $68/hr

Must have 8-10 years of experience with at least 3-4 years in Netsuite ERP/Billing applications and with excellent communication.

Below are the tasks on which the resource will assist:

Current Business Support:

• Triage and resolve support issues for SF Billing Invoice, Credit, Refund, and Payment related questions 


• Assist in QA testing of bug/fix and/or new functionality (ie. upfront invoicing)


• Assist in requirements gathering and documentation for bug/fix and/or new functionality while incorporating best practices


• Facilitate feedback from both Operations and Accounting as appropriate on the above items


• Complete twice monthly CSV extract, upload, and validation of all SF Billing activity to NetSuite in a timely manner

Quote to Cash Project Support: 

• Build and maintain the business process documentation (Lucid Chart) for the full Contract, Billing, Payment, Cash Application, Collections, and related subprocesses for the duration of of the project


• Document and maintain requirements for the to be implemented Contract to Cash Application and Collections processes and supporting subprocesses


• Assist in the system integration and user acceptance testing including the assistance of test case documentation and review


• Assist in end user training and documentation


• Build NetSuite Saved Searches, Reports, Dashboards, and potentially KPIs


• Build NetSuite Workflows to support automation for Customer Dunning and Collections processes
