• 8 to 10 years’ experience of managing MS Sharepoint (version 2019 included) and Portal/websites


• Both operational and development experience is needed


• Experienced in managing, planning, assigning and delivering with a global team.


• Experienced in tracking issue, identifying the risks, reporting it to right stakeholders and addressing them


• Knowledge of Agile, DevOps and JIRA


• Experienced in providing production support, managing SLA for production incidences.
