We are looking for MS Office suite/tools architecture
We need someone who is an mid-level architect for MS office 365 and can assess and propose architectural changes, asses adoption and techno-commercial gaps, propose remedies and future roadmaps, designs collaborative methods within existing O365 infra/assets etc at an organization/group level.
MS 365+ Future State Operating Model :
This program is: To define a roadmap that takes us from the current MS Product focused ways of working, to a model which support the E2E Customer Experience. To break down barriers between the O365 Products & Services and work collaboratively across them, capitalizing on the integrated MS roadmap. Ensure that we have the correct blend of technical, architectural, product leadership, and service delivery expertise, across our Services. To build a model which allows us to challenge ways of working, automate repeatable activity and enable us to focus on innovation in how we deliver our Services. We are completing the service model design and need someone to drive activity to implement across BP Service Owners, Manages Service Providers and other 3rd Parties through Phase 1 and Phase 2. We will need to stay focused and on schedule to deliver the desired final state operating model.
o Develop Plan to deliver Phase 1 and Phase 2 of Operating Model changes leading BP team and Suppliers. This will change how we work with our customers and their experience and how the bp and supplier team or teams are organized.
Level of Subject Matter expertise required:
o Preference to have experience in leading change program and operating model change to include insourcing knowledge, becoming more agile/iterative, and ensuring the model provides the customer experience that is aligned with our customer journeys and expectations. Would prefer if they had bp experience
