Job Title: Lead Salesforce Developer

Summary:
The Salesforce Lead Developer role is responsible for leading the technical design and hands-on development of a high-visibility and high-impact Salesforce initiative within Toyota Financial Services for the Dealer Experience domain.

• Passionate and highly motivated Lead Salesforce Developer with at least 8+ years in Salesforce CRM


• Extensive experience with analysis, design, development, customizations and integration of Salesforce CRM applications


• Experience on various implementations on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud platforms and/or Experience Cloud


• Experience in Salesforce.com technologies like Apex and VisualForce


• Experience automating complex business processes using declarative features such as workflows, approval process, Process Builder, Lighting Flows and Flow Triggers


• Proficiency in analyzing and translating business requirements to technical requirements and architecture


• Experience defining business processes, identifying risk and conducting risk analysis, providing baseline acceptance criteria and deliverables


• Ability to work independently, with strong organizational and flexibility skills in an agile team-oriented environment

Must Have

• Excellent communication skills as this role will interface with a wide array of stakeholders that include multiple technology teams and business SMEs


• Extensive experience in Salesforce Integration on REST API, Web services SOAP API and Platform Events with different types of Authentication mechanisms


• Strong Lightning Web Component development with Experience Cloud/Partner Communities


• Extensive experience implementing Objects, Custom Apps, Layouts, Tabs, Validation Rules, Sharing Rules, Workflows, Approval processes and Outbound/Inbound Messages


• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification
