Title: Lead full stack .NET Developer

Location: Remote - (Preferably from EST or CST time zone )

Duration: 7+ Months Contract

Accepted work authorizations: US Citizen, Green Card, TN Visa & H4 EAD

Must Have

• 50% leadership to up to 9 offshore developers and 50% full stack .NET development.


• This is 40% front end and 60% backend. Required skills: .Net, React, Unit Testing and Source Control.


• A little experience with Docker is preferred. Lerna /NPN/Deque (Not mandatory -nice to have).


• Should have some Open API experience

Project

• The project is about creating enterprise solutions for documents capture/processing electronic document/vendor application


• This position will be a part of new team


• They want someone who would be providing leadership to junior folks


• Some amount of designing work is required


• Researching issues and guiding lower-level developer


• Guiding & mentoring a team of 9-10 developers who are offshore


• Offshore-onsite coordination is required


• He will be doing 50% leadership & 50% development work


• They are fine with a person who has a lead role or someone who has unofficially led a team and hold a title of a Sr developer and willing to lead a team
