• Full stack Java Developer with docker/containerization experience; Spring Framework; WebLogic with additional responsibilities including:


• Scrum Master, focusing on the needs of the team members and the Application Product Owners


• Remove impediments and distractions from the team


• Coach the team in development and iterative best practices and tools


• Empower the team by giving them authority, resources, and information they need to be successful


• Help team to improve productivity in whenever possible


• Work with the team and the product owner to see that each iteration of the product is potentially shippable, and that quality is never compromised
