Job Title: ETL Informatica Developer

Duration: 12 Months(Possible Extension)

Summary:
Develop and unit-test Informatica ETL Code (job-flows) for deployment in the Data Warehouse environment Deliverables
• Work with Data Analysts to understand data mapping documentation
• Develop job flows that extract data from flat-files and database sources and load into downstream tables and/or flat-file outputs.
• Develop and execute test scripts to validate that code is producing the required results
• Optimize job flows and code-base for Data Warehouse environments
• Document code, job-flows, and run-books as necessary
• Package and check-in/out code into version control repository (or similar)
• Assist with code deployment, including job scheduling

Required Skills/Expertise
• Proven development experience within the context of a Data Warehouse program using Informatica Power Center.
• Proven development experience with Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, Greenplum or other MPP database platforms
• Proven development experience with both 3NF and dimensional models, Change-data-capture, time-variance, SCD/RCD, and other database concepts
• Expert SQL knowledge, including select/insert/update statements, internal functions
