Summary

As the TKWW Enterprise team continues to expand and refine the systems we use to support the business, and with advancement of a new Enterprise systems global roadmap that will standardize processes across global CRM, ERP, Revenue Recognition and HCM/HRIS platforms, the integrations between those systems become ever more important. The Enterprise Project Manager role is crucial to the success of the work in a transformation project, specifically within the Enterprise Data development subteam. This role requires a unique combination of strong project management experience as well as the ability to understand  and manage and coordinate complex data integrations and Data Migration using ETL tools such as Boomi, working with Enterprise systems cloud based technologies, and understand data flow between systems.

Responsibilities

●       Lead project planning of Enterprise System Integration, Data and Custom Development initiatives

●       Assist/Lead prioritization meetings with business and engineering leadership

●       Assist and manage releases

●       Coordinate cross functional team dependencies

●       Communicates clearly with engineers, BAs and QA team members and is able to quickly understand trade offs & help plan the team priorities accordingly in backlog grooming, sprint planning, or project planning.

●       Help manage sprints, track team velocity & eventually use insights to forecast reasonable workloads  (JIRA is a plus)

●       Able to clearly articulate and communicate progress to program and department leads

●       Create System Integration & Data Migration plans

●       Work with Business Analysts and Data Software Engineers to document data mapping and Transformation logic between databases and systems

●       Create and manage project plans, design documents, RAID logs

●       Monitor and provide support of enterprise integrations projects

●       Run daily standup meetings

●       Can communicate with tech partners & understands how technical systems relate (client-API-database) and relay to non technical audience

Skills & Experience

●       5-7 year of Project Management and Business Analysis with at least 3 of these in direct support fo data integrations and data migration efforts

●       3 or more years experience managing and leading system integration projects

●       3 or more years experience managing and leading data integration projects

●       Experience with agile ALM/SDLC processes

●       Experience working with: Salesforce, Netsuite, HRIS Databases a plus

●       Experience with JIRA a plus

●       Familiarity and working experience managing efforts using ETL tools such as Boomi (a plus).
