Developers with Macpac and RPG/RPGLE experience
Macpac10, 12 ERPs and Homegrown Order Processing System (OPS) Delivery Lead.
This resource will help with all developments to support the business continuation, customer’s demand, business cost saving initiative and any new products promotion.
This resource will work as a delivery lead. shall carry out all IT related works such as manage development works-enhancements and projects, provide estimation, gather requirements, solutioning, design and develop solution, also provides critical support as needed to support the business from the ERP systems standpoint.
This resource will be responsible for those activities under the guidance of JCI GP Legacy ERP delivery team.

Solutioning and Design | 1- Providing solution and design for projects and enhancements. 2- Providing technical support to team members. |
Requirement Gathering | 1- Work closely with the business and technical personnel to identify gaps in requested functionality. |
Development work | 1- Develop the application modules using AS400 based programming languages RPGLE/SQLRPG within the timelines and perform code peer reviews, implement validation, and support activities in line with architecture requirements |
Bug fixing | 1- Perform root-cause analysis of any issues that arise in production environment and work on solutions related to issue fixing |
Co-ordination within IT team | 1- Manage the team Operational & financial activities, timelines, resource allocation and project end to end deliverables. |
Technical Skill requires:
- More than 4 years of work experience on AS400 / iSeries-Power8, OS/400, and the MACPAC ERP application.
- Ability to quickly analyze and develop Query400 objects, RPGLE, SQLRPG, CLP and CLLE programs.
- Must be able to read RPG I, and RPG II programs in support of development work on legacy systems.
- Must exhibit leadership skills with management experience to manage the work of team of three to five other developers.
- Experience with OTM and web service call on the AS400 is a plus.
