Details of the role:
- DataOps Services and Development, Production support tasks. And experience with Managed Services experience.
- Data Engineering support.
- Someone who can handle to operations and support experience, someone who has worked on the ticketing systems.
- Someone who can handles the offshore team
- Focus on AWS Stack, Understands the CI/CD,
- Python Scala & Java application support experience is needed so some basic Java Development experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Overview of Position
Build and maintain our Data Solutions platforms and data assets. - Strengthen and maintain the monitoring and management of the build and deployment processes and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues, support automation workflow, and provide workflow enhancements.
- Create metrics and reports to measure, maintain and monitor data quality for critical data assets.
- Provide on-going maintenance, support, and enhancement in existing systems and platforms.
- Participate in design and implementation of the data model and related ETL pipeline.
- Work cross-functionally with our product, business, and operation teams.
- Identify process improvement opportunities, openly communicate, and collaborate to enhance team capabilities.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree (or Master) in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science or Information System, etc.
- 8+ years of development/engineering experience.
- Expertise in relational and NoSQL data platforms, AWS RDS, AWS Redshift.
- Deep understanding of RDBMS and data warehouse
- Expert in developing complex SQL query with multiple table joins, subqueries, set operations etc.
- Expert in shell scripting.
- Good understanding of Java 1.8+ programming
- Working experience on AWS (S3, Lambda, EMR, EC2, Dynamo DB, Glue, Data pipeline, Redshift, CloudFormation, Athena, AWS SFTP).
- Working experience on Docker (Installation, developing and maintenance of docker tasks)
- Experience with Git and Jira
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Strong team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Can communicate complex ideas clearly.
- Basic understanding of healthcare concepts and HIPPA standards.
Good to have skills:
- Experience with HIPAA compliance and the security of PHI data is a plus.
- High-level languages such as Python, and Scala, hands-on experience building data pipeline at scale.
- Can continually and independently research and evaluate emerging technologies.
- Capability of business-critical thinking.
