• The candidate has AWS experience in general, but we are primarily looking for AWS Connect, & IVR experience.


• 10+ years of IT experience in customer service technologies, including Contact center cloud-based products, solution design and implementation


• Experience with Amazon Connect, Contact Flow Design, Lambda Integration Lex Integration and Call Center Routing


• Experience with team management, enterprise architecture and technical leadership


• Must have handled at least one cloud migration project in the AWS environment and should have worked in on-premises contact center solutions. project and with a sizable team Genesys/Cisco/Avaya/Twilio/ contact center products knowledge and whole contact center domain knowledge


• 3+ years of experience contributing to the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and current systems
