Location: REMOTE - Dallas, TX ( will be required to travel to client site periodically (once a month now, increasing frequency later) at own cost )

Summary:
Experience & Skills:

• 3-5 years hands-on experience as a BSA in the Insurance / Financial (Loans, Leases) / Automotive industry


• Client -facing role, must have excellent verbal and written communication skills


• Must have strong SQL skills, strong Data Analysis skills


• Must have Agile Scrum experience, preferably as a Scrum Master / lead


• Must be able to lead / facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily standups, Sprint Reviews & Retrospectives, Estimation and Backlog Grooming sessions), etc.


• Demonstrated hands-on experience with JIRA tool – must be proficient in JIRA, no exception


• Must be able to lead / facilitate discussions / requirements gathering sessions with internal / external customers and client’s stakeholders


• Must be able to lead / coordinate activities with client and offshore development / testing team members


• Desirable (Good-to-have) skills: knowledge of ETL processes, understanding of technical domain (Snowflake, Spark, AWS) – not mandatory
