BA Role Summary - Overview:

                      Analyzes complex business problems to be solved with automated systems.

                      Provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements.

                      Configures system settings and options; plans and executes unit, integration, and user acceptance testing; and creates specifications for systems to meet business requirements.

                      Design details of automated systems.

                      May lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues. 

                      As a Lead Business Analyst, you will have the opportunity to drive and deliver innovative capabilities with industry leading products.

                      This role will provide business analysis expertise in identifying, analyzing, and evaluating business requirements.

                      This role will also plan and execute system, integration, and user acceptance testing.

                      May lead cross-functional teams to address business and/or systems issues.

                      Strong initiative to learn new systems.


                      Perform the Lead Business Analyst role for the Source to Pay value stream across several Procurement applications

                      Work with the business and IT team to identify, analyze, and document business requirements

                      Document current business processes and analyze for opportunities to improve

                      Facilitate requirement sessions with process owners to define scope and requirements

                      Design, implement, and support automated, reliable, and available IT solutions

                      Lead testing efforts including documenting Test Scenarios & Test Cases

                      Work with Developers to ensure projects are on track and meet expectations

                      Prepare training materials and perform training for end users

                      Lead project teams to ensure milestones are met

                      Provide updates to IT and Business Leadership

Qualifications / Required Skills

                      At least of 3 years of strong functional experience using Purchasing applications.

                      Solid understanding of the end-to-end Procurement processes.

                      Proven success with design, testing, and training on new implementations/enhancements of Procurement projects.

                      Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with design, troubleshooting, and user inquiries.

                      Proficient with documentation - business requirements, functional specifications, user guides, workflow processes, and test cases

                      Experience in planning, executing, and documenting test results.

                      Experience in creating queries using SQL.

                      Ability to multi-task on multiple projects

Desired Skills:

                      Experience with Supplier Management including Scorecard.

                      Experience with Sourcing and Contract Management processes.

                      Experience with Procurement to Pay process including workflow configurations

                      Experience with customizations/integrations.

                      Experience with B2B processing using “Punchouts”.

                      Experience with Ivalua, Infor LN, Peoplesoft FSCM applications a plus.
