Summary:

• 8-10 Years of experience.


• Focus for the BSA is on technical requirements of the project, testing, and completing solution delivery


• Elicitation of business requirements through interviews, workshops and/or existing systems documentation or procedures


• Create functional specifications like use cases, business process workflows; Develop/maintain product backlog, create test plans, test cases and requirements traceability for projects in JIRA


• Experience in Utility Industry and Transmission is a plus; Experience leading external vendor companies, Experience supporting multiple workstreams


• Experience in agile scrum project management methodologies strongly preferred;


• Experience in testing tools: JIRA/Xray


• Contributes to the execution of IT projects from project idea through the project impl
