Job Description:

• 5-7+ year’s Business Analysis experience with strong Data Analysis / Data Modeling / SQL proficiency


• Primary responsibility is to gather, analyze and document Business / Data Requirements and lead the scrum team (Scrum-Master role)


• Experience working in an Agile / Scrum framework with demonstrated HANDS-ON skills in SQL, JIRA are a must


• Familiarity with cloud and data modernization, concepts of Data Lakes in a cloud environment is highly desirable


• Must be a self-driven team player, preferably have led scrum development teams and facilitated scrum ceremonies with global teams


• Must be comfortable interacting with business stakeholders and leading off-shore development teams
