Job Description: The BAs should have healthcare and 837 knowledge and experience. They should have experience with mapping from a database. They should be able to complete mapping documents, business requirements, and technical specifications. iSeries experience a plus but not required. Edifecs experience a plus but not required. Look for candidates having rich experience working in Healthcare Payer domain, strong understanding of claims processing, EDI. POSITION OVERVIEW : ? Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions. ? Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings. POSITION GENERAL DUTIES AND TASKS : ? Experience working on Agile and waterfall methodology. ? Manage the project key initiatives with tasks such as prioritization, tracking, Preparation of meetings etc.; ? Translate requirements from operation to functional requirements. ? Full client application onboarding and support. Application manager over multiple technicians supporting 100+ users across various locations.; ? Experience working with business requirement and preparing and analysing functional requirement. ? Organized review meetings with various stakeholders and preparing the requirements ? Manage traceability Matrix to track the status of IT requirements.; ? Plan and execute UAT testing and version update of IT applications. ? Team Management skills; Ability to work well with individuals at all levels. ? Experience in AZURE cloud services will be must.
