Title: Application Tester (AP01)

Duration : 12 Months

Location : Remote

End Client :: New York Police Department

Implementation Partner: IBM

2–4-year experience , remote 

Activities:

• Assess and evaluate new applications, programs, and software to ensure they function correctly


• Analyze user stories /use cases/requirements for validity and feasibility


• Develop test plans and cases


• Collaborate closely with developers and other teams


• Execute all levels of testing (System, Integration, and Regression)


• Design and develop automation scripts when needed


• Detect and track software defects and inconsistencies

Skills :

• Experience with Java unit testing practices. ,  Spring platform, and development tools/platforms such as GIT, Maven , ELK if possible


• Nice to have person who can also do 50% development work
