Job Title: Agile Scrum Lead

Location: On site (initially 1 month remote)

Duration: 6+ months (Contract to hire)

Client: Matrix Resources

End client: Delta Airlines

Required Skills:

• Certified scrum master with at least 5 years of experience in managing and delivering projects using Scrum


• Agile Certification is a Plus.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Should have extensive experience in working in multi-cultural and multi-geographical teams


• Should be able to mentor and scale up the team that doesn’t have exposure to Agile methodology


• Strong IT project management background.
